Software Engineering

Web and mobile applications designed, built, tested, hosted, and maintained by the same engineering team, for operating companies and healthcare organizations. Written requirements first, then a working first release within a month.

Capabilities

What we build.

Web & Mobile Applications

Customer-facing and internal applications from concept to launch: product definition, interface design, build, and release.

Operations Platforms

Scheduling, field reporting with location check-ins, work orders, receivables, and the reporting an operating company runs on.

Healthcare Operations Software

Visit schedules, verified visits, census, staffing, billing, and compliance reporting for hospice and home health providers, with access by role and every access recorded.

Dashboards & Data Systems

Reporting, analytics, and calculation engines, covered by automated tests so the numbers hold up.

Integrations & Automation

Connections to accounting, banking, payroll, and scheduling systems, and the automation that removes manual steps between them.

Hosting & Maintenance

Deployment on infrastructure you control, monitoring, backups, and a release cadence after launch. We run what we build.

How We Build

Requirements in writing. First release in a month. Secure by design.

  • Statement of work. Screens, data, integrations, deliverables, and dates agreed before build begins.
  • First working release within a month. Real users on a real deployment early, then releases on a set cadence.
  • Modern stack, containerized. TypeScript applications deployed in containers on infrastructure you control, with automated tests on the core logic.
  • Your data stays yours. Your data and content belong to you. Every application ships with deployment notes and a maintenance plan, and ownership terms are set in the agreement before build begins.
  • Secure by design. Access by role, encryption in transit and at rest, US-based hosting, and an independent security test before launch for applications that handle sensitive data.
  • Engineered, not improvised. Our engineering lead is a West Point-trained systems engineer who has published on model-based systems engineering. Requirements, interfaces, and verification are defined before build, so what ships is what was agreed.
  • Built by an operator. The platforms below run real companies every day. We build for the people who have to use the software, not for a demo.

Work

Applications in production.

2025 – present

Field operations platform, 120 locations

Scheduling, crew check-ins with location tracking, work orders, receivables, and cash flow for a facilities company across Texas and North Carolina. In daily use by office and field staff.

Software Engineering
2026

Home health operations platform

The same platform adapted for home health: visit schedules, verified visits, staffing, and payer billing.

Software Engineering
2026

Hospice operations and cap reporting

Census, payroll, cash flow, and Medicare cap tracking for a hospice provider with more than 100 patients.

Questions

What software clients ask first.

How does a project start?

A discovery call, then a written statement of work covering screens, data, integrations, deliverables, and dates, so the scope is settled before build begins. A focused first version can be in users' hands within a month.

Who owns what?

Your data and content are always yours. Ownership of the application and its components is set out in the agreement before build begins, so there are no surprises later.

Can you maintain it after launch?

Yes. Hosting, monitoring, backups, and a release cadence are offered on a monthly basis after launch, or we hand the system to your team with documentation.

Do you work with healthcare data?

Yes. Applications in healthcare settings are built with access controls, audit logging, and data handling appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, and scoped with your compliance requirements in the statement of work.

Have an application in mind?

Describe the users and the problem. We will come back with a written scope and price.
